Terms of the agreement:

1. Your membership for the first year is free. The Spirits Directory team aims to populate the website with significant content from distilleries in South and Southern Africa, with the ultimate goal of drawing significant interest and participation from other sectors to the site. Only once the site has reached a substantial and meaningful level of interest and interaction, will distilleries have the option to join at a fee or leave the Spirits Directory.
2. The Starting date indicates the start of your one-year agreement with the Spirits
   Directory.
3. You will be sent a reminder to renew or cancel the 12-month agreement one month
   before the end of your contract. Unless you cancel the agreement in writing, it will
   automatically renew, and an invoice for the next 12 months will be generated and
   submitted.
4. Your membership entitles you to the following:
   a. one profile page on the Spirits Directory website for your distillery
   b. one products page on the Spirits Directory website, listing all your products
   and providing links to your website and/or sales portal/s
   c. Listing on the Find Distilled Products page
   d. All these pages may be updated at any time as per your
   requirements
   e. Exposure on the Spirits Directory Facebook page for news from your distillery
   such as new products, tastings, etc. Please submit text and images for
   posting directly to me on lorraine@spiritsdirectory.co.za
5. The Spirits Directory team will not be responsible for any incorrect information
   submitted and published in good faith. However, we strive to deliver the best service
   and accurate information at all times, so we will work with you at all times to ensure
   the best outcome. Please inform us immediately by email on
   lorraine@spiritsdirectory.co.za or WhatsApp on 0825568679 of any errors or glitches.
   The Spirits Directory has been created to establish a guide for distillers and distilled products available in South and Southern Africa. Thank you for your support – without it, this venture will not be a success.
