INNOVATIVE RANGE:
1. Single Malt Spirit finished on Hickory Wood
Small batch Single Malt Spirit, made from South African and specially roasted malts, and then distilled. The heart cut is matured on toasted Hickory wood using Helden’s AccelerAge® technology. The natural light gold colour is accompanied by the warm malty base, with light fruity and nutty notes, a creamy mouth feel and long finish.

2. Single Malt Spirit – New Make Spirit
This limited release is the Innovate Range’s unaged malt spirit base, bottled at production strength. Clear, natural colour and made of a selection of South African and roasted malts. The heart cut new make spirit showcases the unique, soft and warm malt and fruit base on which all of the Innovate Range’s unique wood expression spirits are built.
This spirit has a nose of rich malt, dark spice and earthiness with stewed fruit notes, a rounded rich palate and complex, creamy finish.

3. Single Malt Spirit finished on Cherrywood
Small batch Single Malt Spirit, made from South African and specially roasted malts, and then distilled in our pot and column still. The heart cut is matured on toasted Cherrywood using our AccelerAge® technology. The natural gold rose colour is accompanied by the warm malty base, with light fruity and spicy notes and a crisp, dry finish.

Our AccelerAge® technology allows for the use of alternative wood expressions using the same initial base spirit used in the whole Innovate Range.
PREMIER COLLECTION:
1. The African Bonfire Whisky
The inaugural release of The African Bonfire Whisky, the world’s first African Style Whisky ever. Created from indigenous malted red sorghum and malted South African barley, this whisky is distilled to an ultra-smooth and silky spirit, which is cask matured using a combination of French oak and African indigenous Camelthorn wood. A complex whisky with a deep red colour and a touch of sweetness on the palate, ending in a spicy and complex aftertaste. It has been described as a Bushveld fireside braai experience in a bottle.

2. The Helden Young Single Malt
A young single cask edition of our Single Malt Whisky especially selected by WhiskyBrother&co for this exclusive early preview release. This Young Single Malt whisky expression was made from a selection of South African and specialised malts. Once fermented with our proprietary yeast strain, the wash is double potstilled to retain the maltiness. The pure heart cut was matured for five months in French and American oak casks before bottling.

Distilled from a purified cut of our single malt spirit base, this gin is a prime example of the refined intrinsic essences of our 12 selected botanicals. A fine balance of juniper, earthy herbs and spices, light citrus, and floral overtones, adding rare botanicals for a fifth dimension.

Limunu Limoncello Liqueur
A clear Limoncello liqueur with a lemony, zesty kick. Made from the zest of locally grown lemon and a distilled single malt based spirit. The perfect addition to any dinner, fun get-together, or just to sip on.
Fresh and sweet – the ideal digestive when served ice cold.
