Amber Martens and Aidan Kraak produce La Tierra Agave Spirits – Mzansi’s versions of tequila, Mexico’s national drink, in a micro distillery in Cape Town. Tierra Agave honors the natural beauty of the Karoo desert in South Africa by using the flavours of the earth to showcase the vast possibilities it possesses. The Karoo is the perfect environment for growing the Agave Americana, which is the key ingredient in La Tierra’s distinctive flavor profile.
