Overseeing and managing the processes atDoña Distillery, is owner-distiller Danielle Schoeman, who established the distillery in 2018 in Cape Town. She says, “we are passionate about the process and that is why we do everything – from sourcing local raw material to fermenting, distilling, bottling and labeling every product which leaves our distillery. We have won multiple awards for our sprits and we proudly export our products to Europe and North America!”
