WHISKY
Toor Original Grain Whisky: A rich, smooth whisky with a warm, amber colour. This whisky has a nose of elegant vanilla and roasted oak which gives way to a well-balanced nutty, caramel and stone-fruit palate. TOOR Grain Whisky has a well-refined finish with hints of maple and earth.
This first release from Doña Distillery is aged in ex Bourbon American oak and finished in French Oak. Distiller Danielle Schoeman sourced, blended and aged the liquid to deliver on the specific profile she wanted for specific release.
Our whisky is made to be enjoyed any way you want. Have it neat, mix it up and experiment with cocktails. Our name and logo embraces our philosophy of bringing the old and the new together and want to open the experience of enjoying whisky to all.

WHISKY APERITIF
Rooibos Whisky Aperitif:A beautiful floral sweetness on the nose. This combination of Toor Original and Rooibos marries the complex flavours of oak with subtle rooibos aromas leaving a lingering floral note on the palet.
Camelthorn Whisky Aperitif:A delicious marriage of original Toor Whisky and Camelthorn creates a complex bouquet of oak and slight spice with a dash of smokiness on the palate.
NON-ALCOHOLIC
Mahala Classic Non-alcoholic Triple-distilled spirit:Mahala is made in South Africa, using nine hand-sourced botanicals which are infused under vacuum to extract the flavour. The entirety of the product is distilled with our custom built stills.
“Mahala” is the Zulu word for “free”… Mahala Botanical is free from sugar, alcohol, colourants and artificial flavours. Mahala is also gluten and vegan friendly.
Mahala Amber Non-alcoholic spirit: Launched in March 2023, Amber has the same nine hand-sourced botanicals as Mahala Classic, but with the addition of extracts of oak, smoke and chilli which give it a deliciously warming smoky flavour.
Harry Bitter Orange Spritz: a low-sugar, non-alcoholic drink with a classic fresh, bitter orange taste and a refreshing herbal aftertaste.
